In a wonderfully apt quid pro quo, Belgian diploma mill operator
Kristiaan De Ley now accredits Saint Regis University. :D De Ley's
two mills, Capitol University and Concordia College & University, had
    previously 'acquired' NBOE/SRU/Liberian accreditation.

De Ley's accreditation entity, the Distance Graduation Accreditation
    Association
, sputtered into being around May, 2000, originally hanging
off of Capitol's pages, at the time hosted on a free ZyWorld site. Over
several weeks, the single page changed at least four or five times
while he tried different logos and altered the amount of emphasis
placed on the implication that DGAA was a California-based entity.

This is the second time De Ley has engaged in this type of reciprocal
accreditation. The first such, with some sort of marginal hypnosis outfit,
is now being labeled "ACCREDITATION PERMANENTLY REVOKED IN THE UNITED
STATES DUE TO EXCESSIVE UNRESOLVED COMPLAINTS".

    So what does $100,000 buy?

The ties that bind are knotted rather loosely at Dixie Randock's
advancedu outfit. Advancedu's laughable AskED accreditation fraud page
declares De Ley's Distance Graduation Accrediting Association to be a
fraudulent accreditor. That this is so is one thing, the pot calling
    the kettle black, another. :)

Unless there is a multi-mill discount, De Ley presumably paid the
steep going rate for his fake schools, only to have his fake
accrediting agency declared a fraud by the very people to whom he paid
    his money!

In addition, Dixie takes a whack at AOAEx, WAUC, CAA, and a handful
of lesser fakes. Apparently Dixie and pals are not intent on making
    friends in the industry.

    an informed citizenry...

    From http://advancedu.org/AskED/panelofexperts.htm:
The contact email address is [email protected] and the application form is at http://advancedu.org/AskED/panel_apply.htm.

Imagine what could happen if the AED panel of experts became populated with irrational people of the sort who post unproductive messages to unmoderated forums! We don't want that to happen, do we? Perhaps we should feel a civic obligation to volunteer our services, with the caveat that we will speak only the truth and inform the AED client when we do not know the answer to a question.
