The link you posted requires a password to read the content. Is there anyway you can cut and paste the article for review here without violating TOS or copyright laws?

The Chronicle Emailing page says: "You may use this service to forward Chronicle articles to a colleague or colleagues. Permission is required to send articles to electronic mailing lists."

I will be glad to use the service to send it to any colleague who sends me an Email asking for it.
