Here's another accrediting organization (which is new to me) which lists 6Dr. Hoyer as its "Chief Accrediting Commissioner."

It's rather similar in color scheme and overall organization of pages BELOW the home page to the "Accreditation Governing Commission-USA" (AGC-USA) site at http://www.agc-usa.org/ which also names Mr. Hoyer as its Chief Accrediting Commissioner.

It's curious that it seems to be a Chinese operation. Could this actually be an interloper site, in the same way that the ".org" site claiming to represent American Coastline University appeared to be poaching customers from the ".edu" representation of American Coastline University that Hawaii's Office of Consumer Protection associates with Mr. Hoyer? The IARI site "accredits" a handful of regionally accredited schools, unlike the AGC-USA site.

I have informed the University of South Australia that their logo and URL is being used without authorisation. A cease and desist letter will be sent today.
