Wyoming's New Statutes

Is it true that Wyoming passed a new law last year which raises the bar for private schools licensing? I heard it is aimed at schools that enroll international students and requires TOFEL exams and other requirements relating to quality?

From the gossip recently reported by a usually very reliable source, I would predict that the folks at schools A, C, H, K, and P may, even as we speak, be studying the real estates ads in the Road Town Island Sun (http://www.islandsun.com/).

As a new poster on the board, I would like to extend a warm welcome and ask you to please ignore the giggles and whispering in the back of the room. It may be slightly distracting but I assure you that we're really a friendly lovable bunch.

Regarding Wyoming strengthing their disgracefully weak degree mill laws, no I hadn't heard about any new improvements. Although IIRC, I do seem to remember some proposals that had apparently been proposed by a lobbyist working for Kennedy-Western University. Perhaps you have some information that you would like to share?
