Recently, Northcentral University was accredited, but the form to give the classes, has been questioned. The question is this:

What university has the worse form to offer the courses, Pacific Western University Online (Californian non Hawaii) or Northcentral University?

For example, several people are saying, that in the case of Northcentral University, only is require to answer several questions to complete a course.

In the case of Pacific Western University Online (Californian no Hawaii) to complete a course, it is necessary to do a midterm examination, final examination and a research paper.

Please, please, please enroll in one of the horse poop degrees you keep suggesting and quit trying to justify the decision to everyone else.

If you think PWU is a better school go for it.

North Central University is RA. It's accredited by NCA and NCA is one of the recgnized regional accreditation agencies. Conversely, Pacific Western University is a mill. Diplomas received from PWU have little or no value.

RA is the Gold Standard in the United States

    Hi Police,

Pacific Western University is not regionally accredited, so no other legitimate colleges or universities in the United States will recoginize any coursework or any degree that is completed through that school. With that in mind, I would never enroll with Pacific Western University. And if NCU was not regionally accredited, I would not enroll with them either. ;)

Does that answer your question? :D

    Ike:

PWU CA is a CA State Approved School and as Police has stated does require the completion of a number of courses (nine specifically) and a thesis in order to graduate. PWU Hawaii does meet the legal requirements to confer degrees in the state of Hawaii. The CA school is regulated by the CA BPPVE. Whether or not a State Approved/Authorized school's degree program holds value is debatable.

However, NCU would be a better option as it is regionally accredited and RA is the gold standard.

    Thanks,

RJT - how the hell have you been?

I don't have as big a problem with PWU as many here but the same question has been posed many many times by the same person over the last year.

    Hey all,

Hopefully, I should graduate very soon from my program with a BS in C.J. I really want to go RA for the Masters.

I would be grateful for any thoughts on Northcentral or Belleview.

Northcentral has the MBA / Criminal Justice specialization. It looks good, but I want to pick a good RA school.

    Thank you for your thoughts.

    Mike
