    These unrecognized accrediting agencies are clever critters. They toss in a few regionally accredited schools to make their organization seem legitimate. Unfortunately, little is being done to prevent these organizations from listing RA schools on their web sites.

    This is nothing more than a marketing ploy to attract prospective students to their member schools (which is usually owned by the same organization).

    IMHO when a school claims recognition from an unrecognized accreditor, then that school IMO, is a mill. It is better for an unaccredited school not to claim bogus accreditation.

    What is even worse here is that CIEA mixes properly accredited schools with state approved ones and with mills.
