    From the archives, so as to speak: this came from google, and it seemed worth preserving here because of the link between Richard Hoyer and Ray Chasse.

    This program, under the Directon of Dr. Richard Hoyer is now availble
    at Summit University of Louisiana. Dr. Hoyer directs the program, I am
    the Provost responsible for coordination. The Center for Environmental
    Education, headed by Dr. Hoyer is a member of the Community Validation
    Division (CLVD) of Summit University of Louisiana. The prior
    institution was in Alabama, and still is approved there--but they now
