It's obvious that the people who create these sites have no background in law. If you're going to use another school's name -be prepared fro trouble. Any fool can figure this out.

    Excelsior U

This post gave me a laugh!

I've been referring to Excelsior College as Excelsior University for over a year now - if anyone asks me what school I'm attending. While I know why some universities are called colleges in the US, I still have a difficult time with the nomenclature: to me, a college is a 2 year post-secondary stand alone institution, or an organized professional regulatory body, such as the College of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

I've gone from unaccredited schools to accredited yet if anyone looks for EU on the web, they'll find this unaccredited place - and one could safely assume Dan is STILL attending a "less than wonderful school!"

    Regards,

    Dan
