This is psychotherapy in parallel universes. I think Flash Gordon or Buck Rogers is the "Father of Quantum Therapeutics." :D

Yes, Unk. It's the latest product of St. Regis research.

    I practice it myself.

I find that if I punch myself in the face ten times every morning, It's much easier for me to understand the foreign abstract concepts underlying Liberian accreditation processes.

I think "G" stands for Gangsta. If I understand this correctly, it's part of SRU's new initiative to give the school a "hipper" image. It seems that as part of this campaign, each professor will be given a "rap name." Coming soon... LL Cool Len and Silva Bullit?

There was just a post somewhere concerning this, but I can't seem to find it using the search feature.

SRU has just changed its faculty roster. As noted in the post-I-can't-find, Professor Dr. Leonard van der Walt is not listed anymore. (Perhaps his informative post concerning the history of SRU and NBOE here: http://forums.degreeinfo.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9019&perpage=30&postid=85870 got him into hot water?)

Len is the only person listed in the faculty roster from last August who seems to have left. There are new faculty:

    Professor Dr. Paul Silva
    Bishop Dr. W. J. Duncan
    Professor Dr. William A. Harrison
    Professor Venugopal K (Venu)
    Professor Peter J. Loughlin
    Peter D. Mauch
    Professor Dr. P. Bradley Carey
    Professor Dr. Alan P. Hernandez
    Professor Dr. George Gonzale
    Professor Dr. KHo, (Steve
    Professor Ray Pressnell
    Professor Dr. A. Bryson G.
    S.M. Bharath
    Mrs. M. Rehiambal Beevi
    Miss. S. Fathima Riswana

    In addition:
William A. Harrison's bio says he has expertise in "quantum therapeutics" whatever that is.
Is P. Bradley Carey related to SRU faculty member Donna Carey?
    Richard Novak's photo is new.
    A. Bryson G. does not seem to have a last name, only a last initial.

Ahh, one of those studies of boxers who do a lot of fist training in the ring. You must learn the foreign and abstract concepts of avoiding right hooks and left jabs and to be able to quickly respond to others with your own one-two combinations. :D

He's back. Liberian and other black faculty are now very prominent on the Web page:

So when you criticize St Regis for having almost worthless unrecognized programs you are being a racist imperialist bastard. I assume that's the point.

I bet these guys didn't have to pay for their professorships.

    pressure coming from Liberia?

Here is one model for what may be going on: we know the Liberian Embassy was unhappy with being claimed as a source to verify Saint Regis University's accreditation status. After SRU removed the URL for the fake embassy web site (and the correct phone number for the real embassy) from their accreditation page, they kept in place a description of meetings between Richard Novak and Aaron Kollie at the Embassy in Washington. But this was also removed, but only a few weeks ago. Perhaps there have been additional protests by genuine agents of the Liberian government? If so, perhaps SRU is bolstering its ability to suggest a genuine Liberian connection by naming new staff who are (or are said to be) African. This may be a sign of SRU feeling some heat.

Things to keep in mind: (1) SRU has claimed as true a number of things that turn out not to be (UNESCO/IAU recognition, for example) (2) 75% of the pigeons in the park could qualify for an AA from the Branford Academy division of SRU before all that business about unequal weights for various questions was announced.

It's strange, but I'm kind of glad to see that Len hasn't disappeared. His tone in posts would sometimes express a fair amount of irritation, but he was generaly civil, and he is a human being, after all.

I agree that Len is a human being. I also enjoyed Len's posts. I like to revel in my enjoyment by occasionally mentioning that Len once admitted on this forum that SRU in the past had participated in some questionable practices. He hastened to add that those behaviors were all in the past and that SRU was on a clear road to full respectibility. I hasten to add (since this is the part that I enjoy) that it appears to me, based on continued questionable behavior, that Len was either sadly mistaken or outright lying.
