I noticed that SRU no longer lists the NBOE on their website. So I googled it. Here are the results.

Article from the ODA about the NBOE

When you go to the NBOE site the misspell Authentication to be Athentication. Maybe this is a spelling I have never heard of. We all know my spelin stinks! :D They no longer mention anything about being the Accredidation body for Liberia either.

Here is a website all in Spanish (I think) listing NBOE and Trinity.

This is fun, here's a "school" that says the NBOE is one of the leading accrediting body authorized by the government of The Republic of Liberia.

    Enjoy!

    SRU + NBOE

They still have those NBOE references tucked away: see http://saintregis.edu.lr/images/SRU_cert.jpg linked to the SRU accreditation page at http://saintregis.edu.lr/accreditation.htm.

I have the impression that SRU has generally been low-key about displaying info about NBOE since the certificate in the above link also says that NBOE operates SRU.

SRU mentions NBOE on an interesting page here: http://saintregis.edu.lr/faculty%20professor%20program.htm. The page includes a description of the amount of work associated with a "Course" at SRU and the role of a faculty member. Here are some selections (fair use under copyright law):

Each course should be about 10 days of study. Include all recommended reading and assignments...

Provide enough content to provide a study time of about 1 hour per day per course...

SRU will also name you as the Head of your Department...

If you are pursuing a Doctorate Degree, [through SRU] the completion of the project [the creation of a course] may be accepted as your research project/dissertation.

Other than the time K. De Ley purchased the domain diplomamill.com and used it to redirect to his Capitol U. scam, I can't recall an instance of a purported 'university' defining itself quite so clearly.
