A man fined in Louisiana for practicing as an engineer without a license and whose stated academic credentials cannot be confirmed by the Mobile Register has been seeking government contracts [...].
The resume [Mohammad] Baheth [a.k.a. Baaheth, a.k.a. Herman Stewart Jr.] provided to MAWSS [Mobile Area Water and Sewer System] states that Baheth earned a bachelor's of science degree from California Western University. There are two schools that are known to have gone by that name. One is now called Alliant International University. [...] The other school, now called California Coast University, confirmed that Baheth [...] sought a bachelor's and a master's degree in engineering, but didn't complete the program.
